1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to any sale on our website. If you buy on our website you agree to be legally bound by this contract and terms and conditions contained herein.
When buying on our website you also agree to be bound by:

2. Ordering from Us
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase the products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products and/or services will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

3. Cancellations and Returns
Each product sold through https://www.maacindore.com Website is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return of the payment price, as indicated in the guarantee.

4. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract in accordance with the terms and conditions, we will reimburse all the payments received from you, including costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of the unnecessary handling by you
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
a) 14 days from the receipt of the returned products
b) (If earlier) 14 days after the day that you provide evidence that you have returned the products
c) If no products were supplied, 14 days after the day from which we are informed about your cancellation decision
We will make the reimbursement to your bank account which you shall provide in your cancellation email.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in INR (Rupees), and payment can only be accepted in INR. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with https://www.maacindore.com through the website, you expressly agree not to request a “charge back” of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Chalaang will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Chalaang directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, e.g.: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
6. Communications

For products that require shipping, we will email you as soon as your order has been shipped, and will advise of the shipping method (if any) at that time.
8. Warranties
THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND THE WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not assume, or authorize any other person to assume on the behalf of the Seller, any liability in connection with the sale of the goods. The above disclaimer of warranties does not, in any way, affect the terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the products.
9. Excuse for Delay or Failure to Perform
MAAC will not be liable in any way for any delay, non-delivery or default in shipment due to labour disputes, transportation shortage, delays in receipt of material, priorities, fires, accidents and other causes beyond the control of the Seller or its suppliers. If Chalaang, in its sole judgment, will be prevented directly or indirectly, on account of any cause beyond its control, from delivering the Goods at the time specified or within one month after the date of this Agreement, Chalaang will have the right to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to you, which notice will be accompanied by full refund of all sums paid by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
10. Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear all and any applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, duties, cesses etc.
11. Limitation on Liability
We will not be responsible for any business loss (Including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is reasonably foreseeable to you and us when this contract was formed.
12. Waiver
In the event of breach of these terms and conditions by you, we shall be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any situation where required.
13. Severability
In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement so as not to cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of this Agreement. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall then continue in full force and effect. If any provision shall be deemed invalid due to its scope or breadth, such provision shall be deemed valid to the extent of the scope and breadth permitted by law.
14. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the Laws of India. Furthermore, the parties hereby agree that the courts of Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties relative to this agreement, whether said disputes sound in contract, tort, or other areas of the law.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and you and we agree to use the _______ courts should any dispute arise.
